She explores the multifaceted nature of "odori" (dance), focusing on the relationship between language and the body. Her work is a journey to find the precise moment when simple movement transforms into dance, when the body bursts into motion. She works across various genres, performing, choreographing, and leading workshops.Driven by the belief in "sowing the seeds of dance for all diverse people," she has actively been involved in performing arts for very young audience since 2015. She has performed in numerous international productions, collaborating with directors such as Dalija Acin Thelander (Serbia) and Alicja Morawska-Rubczak (Poland). These projects have taken her on tours throughout Japan, as well as to Poland, Italy, and Beijing.Her self-produced piece, "Baby Theatre nido," has been featured at festivals like the Toyooka Theater Festival and YPAM. She also facilitates a dance workshop series for all ages, from very young children and their parents to adults, called "Let's Chat with Our Body's Language."

Her notable choreographed works include "Iku" (2015/Saitama), "Baby Theatre nido" (2021/Tokyo and elsewhere), "Correspondence between Words and Body" (2021/Tokyo), and the children's performance "Atchi Kotchi Sotchi" (2022/Tokyo and elsewhere).

She is a graduate of The Department of Body Expression and Cinematic Arts, Faculty of Contemporary Psychology, Rikkyo University.
